celebration, inviting families to gather and honour Mum over an indulgent
feast inspired by the vibrant flavours of Malaysia and Singapore. Savour
our “A Taste of Singapore & Malaysia” themed buffet, where the comforting
warmth of spice-laden broths, fragrant coconut and pandan, and succulent
seafood are paired with an enticing selection of handcrafted durian and
kuih-inspired desserts, evoking the timeless charm of Singaporean and Malaysian
dining.
Available on 9 and 10 May for Mother's Day,
the special buffets feature an array of delicacies crafted to delight—from live
cooking stations serving freshly prepared dishes, sashimi and sushi
selections, to a signature noodle bar and a lavish spread of chilled seafood.
Enhancing the evening experience, each guest
will be served baked cheese Boston lobster (half) and a nourishing abalone,
fish maw and mushroom pot.
