The culinary team has expertly sourced a variety of seasonal seafood, infused with tantalising Southeast Asian spices, allowing diners to savour an array of rich and flavourful dishes. The menu includes Stir-fried Abalone with Scallion, Grilled Stingray with Banana Leaf in Nyonya Style, Stir-fried Clams with Chili Paste, and Tom Yum Seafood Pasta. The buffet will also feature refreshing options such as chilled seafood, Thai Shrimp Sashimi, and Marinated Baby Squid Salad, ensuring a delightful oceanic feast.
