Southeast Asian Gourmet Bazaar" - a delectable combination of classic
local dishes and tantalizing Southeast Asian specialties for dinner and weekend
lunch. Our
culinary team has sourced premium seafood from the Aberdeen Wholesale Fish
Market, meticulously crafting delectable dishes like Typhoon
Shelter Mantis Shrimps, Stir-Fried Clams with Black Bean Sauce, Fried Squids
with Pepper and Salt, Typhoon Shelter Abalones, Sampan Congee with Seafood, and more. Complementing these local delights are signature Southeast Asian dishes
include Bak Kut Teh, Singapore Curry Chicken, Malaysian Satay. Light food
enthusiasts should pay a visit to our hydroponic vegetable salad bar, where
freshness meets flavour. Indulge in our must-try salads, including the zesty
Singapore-style Rojak Salad, the tropical Thai Mango Crab Meat Salad, and the
savoury Thai Beef Salad.
No feast is
complete without an indulgent finale. Enjoy a rotating selection of traditional
Hong Kong desserts, such as Baked Sago Pudding, Tofu Pudding in Wooden Cask,
and Crispy Waffles. The chefs have also crafted irresistible fusion treats that
blend Hong Kong and Southeast Asian flavours, including Durian Glutinous Rice
