You can choose from delectable Lunar New Year specials such as Deluxe Lo Hei or Steamed Sole Fillet with Black Truffle and Bird's Nest in Golden Pumpkin Soup, all symbolising abundance and prosperity in the new year.

For those who fancy Western dishes, you can opt for Grilled 1855 Black Angus Beef Flank Steak, Grilled Half Lobster with Lemon Herb Butter and Spaghetti with Lobster Sauce, or Roasted Drunken Half Chicken to celebrate a bountiful year with family and friends.
