In collaboration with The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong, we are pleased to announce the visit of two distinguished Thai chefs, Assistant Professor At Khunsee from Suan Dusit International Culinary School, a prestigious culinary institution in Thailand, and Chef Jareuk Sriaroon, known for his participation in the Thai TV reality show "Top Chef Thailand 2023, to Hong Kong for a culinary expertise exchange.
A selection of delectable main dishes will be on offer, including Baked Thai Curry Halibut, Grilled US Angus Beef Ribeye with Nam Jim Jaew Sauce, Seafood Spaghetti in Creamy Tom Yum Sauce, Thai Style Volcanic Pork Knuckle with Crispy Pork Skin and Thai Pork Larb Salad. Besides a variety of chilled seafood, sashimi, and appetizers, our buffet zone also offers Thai salads and soup. The dessert buffet features an assortment of authentic Thai desserts, including Thai-popsicles, Musang King Durian Glutinous Rice Ball with Peanuts and Sesame Seeds, Pandan Chiffon Cake. Each table will be served a complimentary dish of Mango Sticky Rice.
