The menu includes Stir-fried Abalone with Scallion, Grilled Stingray with Banana Leaf in Nyonya Style, Steamed Slipper Lobster with Garlic in Thai Style (only available at night), Stir-fried Clams with Chili Paste, and Tom Yum Seafood Pasta. The buffet will also feature refreshing options such as chilled seafood, Thai Shrimp Sashimi, and Marinated Baby Squid Salad, ensuring a delightful oceanic feast.

For dessert, guests can enjoy a delightful array of spring-themed sweet treats made with fresh fruit and tea. Recommended highlights such as Roselle and Raspberry Jelly Cup, Uji Matcha Cheesecake Tart, Earl Grey Tea Tart, Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake, and Thai Mango Sago Pudding, perfect for satisfying any dessert lover's cravings.
