Ah Yung Kitchen presents the "Abalone Signature Menu" this winter (starting from HK$980 per person), featuring a series of Ah Yung's signature dishes, including Farmed Abalone with Goose Web, Braised Dried Fish Maw with Crab meat and Bamboo Fungus, Deep-fried Stuffed Crab Shell with Crab Meat and Conpoy, and more. For two persons or above, you can enjoy a complimentary serving of our signature deep-fried chicken or pigeon. To cater to the tastes of different guests, the set menu offers various dish options. Guests can also choose different sizes of Farmed Abalone, including 30 heads (HK$980) , 25 heads (HK$1,080) or 18 heads (HK$1,380), allowing you to enjoy the soft and creamy texture and rich umami flavour of abalone.
